Nokia renews Apple complaint with ITC

The company has focused this suit on Apple's use of multitasking, just days after the International Trade Commission ruled in favour of Apple in a related patent suit

Nokia has said it filed another complaint with the International Trade Commission alleging that Apple infringes on its patents across its entire product line.

In a statement on Tuesday, Nokia said that latest suit focuses on Nokia's patents "that are now being used by Apple to create key features in its products in the areas of multitasking operating systems, data synchronisation, positioning, call quality and the use of Bluetooth accessories".

Nokia filed the latest suit after the commission ruled that Apple did not violate its patents.
