Nordic IT market up 6.6% in 2005

IDC data shows that 2005 finished strongly in the Nordic markets, resulting in higher IT growth rates for the Nordic region than anticipated 3 months ago. This strong finish was particularly marked in the Danish IT market, with more than 7% growth for 2005, while total IT market growth for 2005 in Norway and Finland has also improved. This has resulted in IDC's current evaluation of Nordic IT growth in 2005 being revised from 6.1% to 6.6%.
