Now Iomega issues profits warning

Iomega today joined the bad news crew that is casting fear across the PC industry.

The Utah-based maker of storage drives said it expects to lose between $10 and $25 million for its first quarter, blaming flat year-on-year revenues.

Iomega, a huge hit on Wall Street in the last three years, follows industry bellwethers Intel and Compaq in warning of disappointing earnings.
