I almost hit the roof when I started to receive first-person reports that Sprint was cancelling the accounts of members of the U.S. military who incurred too many roaming charges.

I raised righteous hell, as did many other bloggers.

You did too, resulting in the post entitled OUTRAGE: Sprint said to cancel nearly 200 military accounts for "excessive roaming" ranking eighth both in the number of page views this year as well as comments.

Regardless of what you think of current U.S. military policy, you don't mess with our fighting men and women to gain a few bucks on your balance sheets.

But hey guess what. Sprint changed the policy, at least for our military members.

And Gary Forsee, the feckless Sprint CEO who "led" this "organization" when all this went down, is now out of a job.

Good and good.
