SOA makes intelligent, real-time customer relationship management a reality

Lorraine Lawson rounded out my recent list of "Nine places where SOA is making a difference, right now" with a tenth active business case.

Lorraine's example specifies the gaming industry, but I think the intelligent, real-time customer relationship management described is no gamble. Such information, made available across the enterprise, can greatly raise the stakes on competitiveness in all industries:
