Only 48% of US middle managers are satisfied with their jobs
48% of 225 US middle managers polled by Accenture, said they were highly satisfied with their employers. That's down from 67% who were that positive in 2004 study.
48% of 225 US middle managers polled by Accenture, said they were highly satisfied with their employers. That's down from 67% who were that positive in 2004 study. The portion who said they were somewhat satisfied rose to 37% from 25%, and those dissatisfied nearly doubled to 15% from 8%.
