SINGAPORE--Pacific Internet Ltd is now offering Local Area Network (LAN) administrative services to small and medium-sized companies and home offices here to help customers cut back on IT maintenance costs.
Called Smart-LAN, the service includes a 512kbps Internet connection, email accounts, anti-virus scanning, managed firewall and a 11Mbps 802.11b wireless access hub for users to stay connected while they move around the office, PacNet said in a statement.
For 10 users and below, PacNet is charging S$2,288 per month while the cost structure is S$2,888 per month for up to 25 users.
