Panasonic introduced on Wednesday the E-wear SV-SD80 digital-audio player. The wearable device measures 1.69 inches by 1.75 inches by 0.69 inches and weighs less than an ounce without a battery. Panasonic claims it is the smallest such player in the industry. The silver SV-SD80 uses Secure Digital flash memory cards to store music. A 64MB card is included, which can store up to 129 minutes worth of music. The $299 player can run for up to 50 hours with a AAA battery and a rechargeable battery. --Natalie Weinstein, Special to ZDNet News
