Here's an awesome last-minute holiday present idea: the Panasonic Lumix GH2. The Micro Four Thirds camera is now shipping to buyers in the United States.
As promised at announcement time back in September, the body only-option retails for $899.95. In case you've forgotten about some of the specs on Panasonic's latest interchangeable lens camera, here's a refresher:
- 16-megapixel Live MOS sensor
- 3-inch TFT LCD touch screen (460K-dot resolution)
- Records full HD 1080p movies in AVCHD
- ISO range: 160 to 12,800
- SD/SDHC/SDXC card slot
- USB 2.0 and mini HDMI connectivity
This one ships within one to two weeks, so it might be a little late on the gift front. But it's the thought that counts, and this is one very nice thought.
