It got kicked off the floor of Comdex because certain powers-that-be found its Bill Gates look-alike offensive, but now Parroty Interactive is taking its show to Macworld Expo. The company will use that January 6 through 9 show to launch its CD-ROM parody game, Microshaft Winblows 98.

Parroty is the humor division of Palladium Interactive. It has previously released CD-ROM spoofs of the X-Files (X-Fools), Star Wars (Star Warped), and Myst (Pyst). Winblows 98 is a dig at the world's richest human, with games like the Billagotchi virtual pet and the Roll Ahead board game.

You would expect a spoof of Gates and the Windows system to be better received at a trade show focusing on the Macintosh system, but with Gates' recent investment in Apple, who knows how long Parroty will last on the trade show floor this time.
