The HDJ-500T-K headset comes with two cords for two purposes. The first is a 1.2-meter coiled cord (extends to three meters) that should be used for DJ performances. The other is a 1-meter straight cord for phone calls that works with the phone answer button on the headset itself. A bit of a fancy earpiece for answering calls, but at least you'll be doing it in style.
Other style notes include a rotating arm and flexible headband design so that the DJ that can rotate the right earpiece forwards and backwards by up to 60 degrees and allow the DJ to listen to audio playback on one side.
As for actual sound quality, those specs include a 40mm diameter driver, a 5Hz–28,000Hz frequency range, 2000 mW of maximum input and a copper-clad aluminum wire voice coil.
The HDJ-500T-K DJ headphones will be available in May for $145.00.
