P&G hopes the deal will save money, as well as improving efficiency, flexibility, regulatory compliance and future proofing its IT infrastructure.

Jim Fortner, director of workplace and infrastructure solutions at P&G said in a statement: "We are confident that they can bring world-class innovation to transform our network and our business."
