Quarterdeck CleanSweep update planned for New Year
Quarterdeck will bring in the new year with a revision of its CleanSweep uninstaller that includes a vogue-ish feature for adding new versions via an Internet connection.
Called Update-It, the agent is the first in a line that that the utilities company will add to its products throughout 1997. Version 3.0 also adds tools for editing the system registry. In the UK, the product will be available from early January.
