Quick'n'Dirty: Twitter's unsung heroes of social media

They may not be the ones whose names you hear over and over, but they are the ones making social change for companies.
Written by Jennifer Leggio, Contributor

The overall mission of the Quick'n'Dirty podcast, which I co-host with Aaron Strout, is to highlight the doers, the rebels, the unsung heroes of social media who are on the front line. They may not be the ones whose names you hear over and over, and they aren't the ones speaking at conferences every week, but they are the ones making tremendous social change for companies. One of the ways we highlight these heroes is to highlight one "featured Twitterer" per week. We take turns picking these Twitterers and either one of us or both of us is a loyal fan of their content streams. We started out focusing mostly on executives, but then expanded the pool quite a bit. As we're coming up on the one-year anniversary of the QnD, we wanted to call out and say thanks to our past featured Twitterers -- many of whom later joined us as guests.

Without further ado, here are our past featured Twitterers. Thanks, folks. We love your tweets!

The Quick'n'Dirty podcast is a 30-minute weekly show focusing on trends and hot button issues in social media. It is recorded live every Thursday at noon PT / 3 p.m. ET via Blog Talk Radio. Join us in the chat or listen to archived episodes or subscribe to us on iTunes by searching for QuicknDirty. For more info, here's the back story of the podcast.
