Quintus Asia Pacific has announced that its eContact Suite was given a Best of Show award at Communications Solutions Expo Fall 2000.
Quintus Asia Pacific, a provider of contact center solutions for electronic customer relationship management (eCRM), has announced that its eContact Suite was given a Best of Show award at Communications Solutions Expo Fall 2000, held during 5-7 Dec in Las Vegas, NV.
SINGAPORE - According to the company's press statement, the Quintus eContact Suite consists of unified telephony, Web and email applications that enable companies to manage their entire range of electronic customer interactions, including Web chat, email and voice over IP, as well as traditional telephone calls.
