Linux's highest-profile public company to rev software next week.
Leading Linux distributor Red Hat will release version 6.1 of its Linux distribution next week.
This comes at a crucial time for Red Hat. German company SuSE recently released its own easy-to-install version of Linux and Corel is fast the release of its user-friendly distribution.
The new software is Red Hat's first major release since its successful public offering in August.
