Red Hat pushes out beta of JBoss app update

Red Hat has released a downloadable public beta of version six of its JBoss Enterprise Application Platform.

The beta was released on Friday. The software is a platform for building, deploying and hosting Java applications and services.

New features include faster startup and boot times, broader management capabilities and the ability to work in on-premise and public cloud environments.

The software is available for download from Red Hat's website.
