In a story on Vonage Business Week magazine notes Yankee Group forecast of 2.8 mln residential VOIP customers by the year-end 2005. Vonage CEO also provides Business Week with numbers on residential VOIP market shares. Vonage is first with more than 400,000 customers as of January 2005, Cablevision is second with 270,000, and TimeWarner is third with 200,000 VOIP users. There's not a fourth company with a customer base over 100,000.
