HP EliteBook Folio 1020

This laptop for the enterprise is fully ruggedized in spite of the thin case. It features a full array of ports and a high-resolution display for getting the most out of Windows 8.1.

From the review:

"The HP EliteBook Folio 1020 is a well-constructed laptop that is suited for the enterprise. It is one of the thinnest enterprise grade laptops, and doesn't sacrifice mil-spec ruggedization in the process."

Lenovo ThinkPad X250

ThinkPads represent business, and the X250 is all business. From the gorgeous display to the great ThinkPad keyboard, the ThinkPad X250 is ready for the road. It features not one but two batteries that work in tandem to keep the laptop going for long days.

From the review:

"After using the ThinkPad X250 a while it is clear this is one of the best laptops available. It has all of the benefits of the ThinkPad product line in a portable form factor that begs to be taken on long business trips."

Lenovo LaVie Z 360

This is the thinnest and lightest 13.3-inch laptop currently available. The case is constructed out of a special magnesium alloy that makes the two pound weight possible. The display swivels 360 degrees to permit using the LaVie Z 360 as a tablet.

From the review:

"The 360 is insanely thin and only weighs 2.04 pounds (non-touch version less than 2 pounds), making it the lightest laptop with a 13.3-inch display. It is roughly the same weight as the new MacBook while offering a bigger display than the Mac's 12.5-inch screen."

Microsoft Universal Mobile Keyboard

This is an outstanding keyboard that works with iOS, Android, and Windows. It features a self-contained stand that can handle a tablet the size of an iPad in either landscape or portrait orientation.

From the review:

"I rarely recommend a device but have no problem doing so with the Microsoft keyboard. It's not just good for typing, it's a real writer's keyboard."

Amazon Echo

The Echo is a unique device that is part audio system, part search engine, and part assistant. The system rapidly becomes an invisible member of the family who is always there when something is needed. The Amazon Echo is so useful it was awarded a rare perfect 10 rating.

From the review:

"There's something about the Amazon Echo that takes me back to my childhood and having an invisible friend in the room. I believe that's part of the magic of the Amazon Echo and Alexa."
