A press release appears on my desk. This is about a new Microsoft initiative for broadcasting Internet information to the home alongside the normal TV signal. Sounds good? I think so. Ring up MS's PR company to ask for more information. MS's PR company deny ever sending me such a press release. I read it out over the phone to them. Are you sure it's from us, they ask.
