Salaries for certified tech workers up 3% for the past 12 months

Overall pay for 89 noncertified technical skills grew 3.8% in the first half of 2005, and 4.9% for the 12 months ended July 1, 2005, Foote Partners said. For 87 certified tech skills, the pay went up 1.3% in the first half of 2005 and 3% for the 12 months ended July 1, 2005.
