SYDNEY (ZDNet Australia)--Samsung Electronics Australia’s Web site has been the victim of a hacker group, which defaced the site’s homepage this morning.

The group called Delta Force Pakistan replaced the www.samsung.com.au Web site with its own logo.

As reported by IT Fairfax, a message of the defacement was found on Alldas.de, a Web site defacement archive, saying that the site was running a Microsoft IIS/4.0 server.

Samsung Electronics Australia’s Web site has been taken off line.

The company was unavailable for comment.
