The Samsung RF710 laptop is a good all-rounder, but other laptops perform better for less money
What is it: A laptop aimed at power users
Price: About £1,100
Good:
- Sturdy build quality
- Decent performance
- Good keyboard and trackpad
Bad:
- Display isn't the brightest we've seen
- Very big and heavy
- Unimpressive battery life
The judgement: The 17.3-inch Samsung RF710-S03UK looks okay and offers decent performance for your cash. But, while it's a good all-rounder, we've seen other laptops perform better for less money.
