ORLANDO — During its annual SAP Sapphire Now conference, the German enterprise software giant announced upgrades to its keystone product, the SAP HANA platform.
New features include mobile, analytics, data services and cloud integration services. More specifically, SAP released a new service pack 8 for HANA, which provides support with partner systems such as Red Hat Enterprise Linux, Intel Ivy Bridge processor-based systems and multiple third-party disaster recovery solutions.
With an expanded integration framework, SAP said partners can now embed algorithms directly into SAP HAHA, leading to significant performance gains and providing the Holy Grail of the entire Sapphire event — simplicity.
