Sigh, now the UK is getting into User Awareness

While I was at a spyware summit last week in London several of the attendees were winking and nodding about a *major* new effort to be launched. Well here it is.

I have to admit Get Safe Online is a great site. It is full of concise advice. I particularily like the Help! section that tells you what to do if you are infected or have fallen victim to an online scam or crime. I assume there will be lots of marketing around this to get people to check it out.

It looks good. Here is hoping it has a greater impact than our friend Dewie.
