Single and Skype? If you're lookin' for love, read on

Entirely by accident, I've stumbled across Jyve.

Jyve is an online community for Skype users. It's organized around members interests and passions - sometimes literally. You can look for members who are interested in computers, old movies, politics, sports, love, and dozens of other topics.

The topic pages are listed in, and linked from, the left-hand tab on Jyve's home page.Click on a topic, and you get a section page with a directory of sub topics.

But where is the love? Or at least the potential for it? Hold on. I ain't Jyve-ing.

In each section's Advanced tab, you can search for Skype users who want to be friends, or who are looking to date. You can peruse by gender and age range.

If you register with Skype, you will be able to contact that person.Plus, you'll be able to talk free.

But considering that you two will already be Skype users, how's about this for an introduction: "hi, so how do you like Skype?" (But, be careful before you give out your IP address).
