Whilst updating my handy list of Free Software, I note that Smultron lives!But imagine my disappointment when its wikipedia entry states that the license is now proprietary.

But imagine my disappointment when its wikipedia entry states that the license is now proprietary. (Althought the entry does also say “It is released to the public as free software under an Apache License.”)

Is it Free Software still? If not, is Peter Borg allowed to un-free-software his own software? Is this really tennis? I note that the Apache License “allows use of the source code for the development of proprietary software as well as free and open source software”, so he can probably do whatever he likes.

By the way, smultron is swedish for strawberry. I think. And it has the coolest icon ever:
