Survey: There's pent up enterprise IT demand

Chief financial officers are likely to spend their money on upgrading information systems when the economy improves, according to a survey by Robert Half Management Resources.

Chief financial officers are likely to spend their money on upgrading information systems when the economy improves, according to a survey by Robert Half Management Resources.

Robert Half surveyed 1,400 CFOs from random companies with more than 20 employees and found that 40 percent of them said they would invest on new or upgraded IT systems.

The survey also found that 48 percent of the companies with more than 1,000 employees said they would upgrade IT systems. Here are the overall results:
