System migration shuts Sprint customer service web

Sprint's customer service website has been shut down to perform a billing system migration, according to the Boy Genius Report blog. Here's a screen capture:

Comments on the Boy Genius Report, apparently from Sprint employees, suggest the move is part of a planned, rolling downtime sequence, occurring to allow the system changeover. Unfortunately, that information doesn't help customers unable to login and activate new phones.
