Toshiba has a string of product announcements today. Let's start with taking a closer look at the glossy-black BDX1200 and BDX3200 standalone Blu-ray disc players.

Both models offer full HD (1,920 x 1,080p resolution) video playback with Dolby True HD audio and support for the following file formats in case you want to stick in a USB drive: MKV, DivX, MP3, JPEG.

However, the BDX3200 is really the star here with 3D support and Toshiba's Regza-Link technology when pairing the Blu-ray disc player with an HDMI-CEC-compatible television.

Pricing hasn't been announced yet, but both of these Toshiba Blu-ray disc players will be launched in Europe this month.
