Nikon has scheduled two press conferences for July 30 and August 4, which has the rumor mill brewing over the possibility of new digital SLR models.
Photography Bay seem pretty confident that a D300s with video is in the works. Everyone seems less certain over the second potential model. PB also speculates that a D4000 is in the works to replace the D60 as a non-video DSLR.
Folks over at CrunchGear are also placing bets on a D60 replacement, but insists that entry-level DSLRs need video recording capability, which the D60 just doesn't have.
However, there are no definite details on what kind of products will be released, so we might even end up with a bunch of new point-and-shoots or upgrades on other DSLRs. Stay tuned.
