Water-resistant Sony Xperia Z announced as a T-Mobile exclusive
T-Mobile is my primary wireless carrier and I love that I only pay $130 per month for five phones with the flexibility to buy the phones I want when I want. I've been saving for a Nokia Lumia 925, but T-Mobile just announced that the Sony Xperia Z is coming soon and that phone looks like an excellent option as well.
Other carriers have Xperia Z variants, but T-Mobile will get the Xperia Z as an exclusive in the next couple of weeks. There is no pricing information available yet, but it will be offered on the Simple Choice Plan with no contract.
The Sony Xperia Z has a 5-inch 1080p HD Reality Display with Mobile BRAVIA Engine 2 technology for enhanced brightness and clarity, a 13-megapixel camera with Exmor RS for Mobile, and water-resistant design.
I am still a huge fan of my T-Mobile HTC One and that design is tough to beat. I hope to test the Xperia Z and bring you some hands-on experiences.
