Increasingly businesses have to rely on their information systems to simply operate. While suppliers, such as Dell, HP, IBM and others, have increaed the reilability of their systems a great deal over the years, some critical applications must never be seen to fail.

There are a number of ways to increase both the availability and reliability of workloads. Typically, systems are harnessed together to reduce or eliminate unexpected downtime using various forms of virtualization technology. Systems can be clustered together using access virtualization, application virtualiztaion, and various forms of processing virtualiztaion. This seminar will discuss these approaches and help attendess understand that there is another alternative, continuous processing software, that can be deployed to support business critical workloads.
