The report asks a key question that maybe not enough of you are asking.Should VoIP calls over a wireless LAN be integrated into the 3G mobile services?

Not necessarily, says the reports author, Unstrung Insider Chief Analyst Gabriel Brown.

"Offloading calls to VoiP has its attractions," he writes, "but operators are lukewarm on subsidizing handsets that could be used to bypass their networks."
