David Myers, the former controller of WorldCom, has become the first employee of the bankrupt firm to plead guilty to fraud in the ongoing investigation into the company's multi-billion dollar accountancy scandal. Myers broke rank with WorldCom's former CFO Scott Sullivan, who last month pleaded not guilty to fraud charges.
