Netflix's Watch Instantly catalog is about to be boosted with "several hundred" new titles thanks to a new multi-year agreement with Miramax.

This deal marks the first time that Miramax has signed over access of its films to a digital subscription service. Starting on June 1, some of the titles that will be available to stream instantly include Kill Bill Volumes I and II, Shakespeare in LovePulp Fiction and Good Will Hunting.

The catch is that those "several hundred Miramax movies" won't be available all at once, but rather with "dozens of titles being added on a rotating basis." Additionally, according to the release, it looks like the Miramax library will only be available for streaming to Netflix subscribers in the United States and not Canada as well.

Netflix has been on a roll this year. During the company's quarterly earnings conference call, Netflix execs revealed many positive figures, including the fact that Netflix is approaching having 25 million subscribers. Additionally, many media studio heads are finally realizing the value and power of having Netflix on their sides, and now Miramax has realized the opportunity as well.

However, even as the Watch Instantly library continues to grow, will it be enough for Netflix to hold off its competitors?
