There's a new device ready for the taking to help you blast music from your car while on the open road. The JBL MS-8 integration digital processor promises "to revolutionize" and "achieve a luxurious in-car audio experience." Sounds a bit lofty for an in-car stereo, but let's take a look.

A system that should be set up and installed within 10 minutes, the JBL MS-8 is based around a processor that mixes around audio elements (frequency, bass, dynamics, clarity, detail and stereo imaging) like a formula to produce more beautiful sounds.

Listeners have some room for customization, including a 31-band graphic equalizer for adjusting tone, the ability to save up to five personal setting configurations while also saving calibration settings for up to four seats in the vehicle.

The car can be filled with a 5.1- or 7.1-channel surround-sound experience, and there's even a wireless remote included in the box so that backseat passengers don't need to reach over the driver or whomever is sitting shotgun to adjust the radio settings. Although, that will surely lead to more fights over which radio station to pick.

The JBL MS-8 system is available for purchase now for $799.
