Photo from Zenncars. The Zenncar is one of several NEVs that are becoming more visible in towns, on campuses, and now on military posts in the U.S. The U. S. Army has said it is committed to buying or leasing four thousand Zenns to replace traditonal gas-burners, saving almost 2 million gallons of fuel every year.

The Zenn is a fully electric, plug-in for low speeds in congested areas. It has a max speed of 25 MPH and a range up to thirty miles between re-charges. The company's based in Toronto.
