Leon Wright is a Senior Product Manager at Microsoft Australia, he provides leadership of technology vision and go to market strategies for emerging technologies. Guiding customers across the technology value stack and driving transformatio…nal change to business is his passion. Leon joined Microsoft 4 Years ago leading Cloud and Enterprise in South Africa, after spending 6 years at Cisco and leading the Engineering team as CTO. Previously, Leon has held positions within large Systems Integrators and Telecommunications companies. These included CTO of T-Systems Telecommunications, Management, Operations, Strategic planning, Marketing, Sales, Systems Engineering and Research and Development. His expertise covers the fields of architecture, outsourcing, internet technologies, Cloud, IoT, Analytics and telecommunications. Leon has a passion for people development and talent incubation for the future, and spends a significant amout of his time on development initiatives.
