Jim Fagan

As the director of cloud technology at Telstra, Jim Fagan is responsible for the telco's cloud strategy. He also offers enterprise customers' consultancy during their cloud journey. Jim spent 10 years of a 20 year career involved in the… cloud industry. He has seen it grow from just being a concept, to an integral part of daily lives. He has also worked for Dell and Rackspace. Previously, he also worked for Pacnet as president of managed services. In his seasoned career Jim, has seen the advancement, speed and pace of technology change the way everyone works and lives, especially in Asia.
