Dimension Data Australia today announced it had signed a heads of agreement to acquire enterprise information technology infrastructure integrator SecureData Group and its interest in SQL Services.Dimension Data said the preliminary agreement -- subject to completion of due diligence -- did not encompass purchase of SQL Services' former subsidiary, Databank, which will continue to trade independently.
