Bill has 27 years of industry experience, joining SAP from Gartner where he was a Research Vice President and his responsibilities included enterprise mobile strategy, mobile software development and context-aware computing. Prior to G…artner, he led research organizations at Ericsson and Texas Instruments, founded a wireless startup company, and was awarded patents in wireless software and industrial automation. Bill comes to SAP at the time when mobile is maturing and scaling to impact the mainstream in consumer and business life, which he plans to talk about from a business, technology and people viewpoint. .
