Apple's Time Machine - Part II

You go back and forth in time using the intuitive controls on the right hand side of the screen.

See the markers for different snapshots along the right of the screen? You can use this to choose the snapshot you want to look at.

You can also use the arrows to navigate amongst the cascade of Finder panes.

Once you've found the files you want to recover, select them ...

... and the press Restore. It's really that simple!
