Over the next 10 pages you will find 10 questions all relating to this year's silicon.com Agenda Setters. Answers can all be found by searching this year's top 50. Follow the instructions and answer the questions to stand a chance of winning one of three great prizes. We have a stunning 32" Samsung TV, two Sony PSPs and three 4GB Apple iPod Nanos to give away to six lucky winners.

Competition Terms and Conditions:

The following rules are applicable to the 2006 silicon.com Agenda Setters Competition promoted on this website. They are binding on all entrants. CNET Networks UK (whose principal place of business is at International House, 1 St Katharine's Way, London, E1W 1UN) is the promoter of this competition. In these rules, the promoter is referred to as "CNET Networks". 1. The competition begins at 9am (GMT) on Wednesday 1 November 2006. The closing time for the competition is 6pm (GMT) on Friday 24 November 2006. 2. The competition is open to persons resident in the UK who are aged 18 or over at the specified closing time (unless any other age restriction is specified). 3. Competitions may run concurrently across other websites within the CNET group which include: www.zdnet.co.uk, www.silicon.com, www.cnet.co.uk, www.gamespot.co.uk and www.uk.builder.com. 4. Employees of CNET Networks, and its subsidiaries or related companies, and any company involved in the competition, together with their agents and members of their families, are not eligible to participate. 5. No purchase is necessary to enter the competition. 6. Entrants must have an active email account and internet access. 7. During the entry period, each person who correctly responds correctly to each and every competition question will be entered into the prize draw. To enter, an individual must provide the correct answer to each of the 10 competition questions, as determined by the competition judges from CNET Networks, based on information published at www.siliconagendasetters.com. 8. All entrants must supply, along with all 10 answers: (i) First name (ii) Surname (iii) UK location (iv) Valid email address. All entries must be submitted during the competition period as detailed above. 9. Only one entry per individual is permitted. 10. Proof of entry will not constitute proof of reception of entry and no responsibility will be accepted for lost, corrupted, delayed or mislaid entries. 12. In the event of the closing time being extended, which CNET Networks may do at their absolute discretion, there will be an announcement of any such extension at the first reasonable opportunity. 13. The six winners will be selected at random by a representative of CNET Networks from all the valid entries received by the closing time. 14. The decision of the CNET Networks representative shall be final and unchallengeable and, in their absolute discretion, they may declare void any entry that they judge to be incomplete. CNET Networks may also decide, in their absolute discretion, to change the rules of the competition while it is running if it appears to them that it would be equitable or desirable to do so. No correspondence will be entered into. 15. The names of any winners can be obtained for up to one month after the relevant closing time by sending a stamped addressed envelope to Marketing at silicon.com Competitions, CNET Networks UK, International House, 1 St Katharine's Way, London E1W 1UN specifying the name of the competition. 16. The winners will be notified, by email, within 10 days of the closing time, to the email address that they have provided with their entry. The prize must be claimed within 10 days otherwise it will be forfeited and awarded to an alternative winner selected from the original pool of eligible entries. To claim the prize, the winner must respond to silicon.com's prize notification email and complete any forms included with that email. 17. Each winner will be awarded one of the following prizes on a random basis: Samsung 32" High Definition LCD TV LE32T51BX/XEU; one of two Sony PSP Base Unit Consoles; one of three 4GB iPod Nanos. 18. The winners agree that CNET Networks and its subsidiaries, related companies and employees, and any other sponsors, shall (to the maximum extent permitted by law) have no liability in connection with acceptance or use of the prize awarded. 19. All prizes are subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant manufacturer or supplier of those prizes. 20. The prizes will be sent to each entrant by registered delivery from CNET Networks UK. There will be no cash or other alternative to the prize offered and the prize is not transferable. However, should the prize become unavailable CNET Networks reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value. 21. CNET Networks and its subsidiaries and related companies reserve the right to publish the name of the winners and any of the entries. 22. CNET Networks and its subsidiaries and related companies will not be liable for any circumstances beyond its reasonable control that prevent a prize being taken up by a winner. 23. DATA PROTECTION. CNET Networks will hold an entrant's personal data for a reasonable period of time to enable it to send that entrant any prize that they have won and to verify that these rules have been complied with, and for accounting purposes. This data may be passed to third parties to enable such third parties to fulfil any necessary requirements relating to the award of a prize. Any other use of personal data will be in accordance with, and subject to, the website's Privacy Policy. 24. By entering the competition entrants are agreeing to be bound by these rules and CNET Networks' decisions relating to the competition. CNET Networks reserves the right to disqualify an entry if it has reasonable grounds to believe that an entrant has breached any of the competition's rules or conditions. 25. These rules are supplemental to the website's Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. 26. The competition is governed by English law.
