    A PowerPoint document created in Web Apps - notice there is currently no ability to add themes, but they are supported if you upload an existing presentation.

    This is probably the most robust of the current applications in Web Apps.

    It's not Excel, but it integrates with forms automatically that can be published online from within Apps. Mighty useful for quickly collecting data online.

    Entire folders can be shared with other users; be careful, though, since sharing happens at the folder level by default.

    Sharing and permissions just seem a bit more seemless with Google Apps; fewer clicks, less confusion, and less ability to accidentally share all of your documents with coworkers. On the other hand, sharing multiple documents is a bit tougher.

    Access to the main functions within Apps for users is via a simple toolbar with all of your documents arranged below, Gmail-style. (I've excluded the document window since I have several documents shared with other users whose names and emails are displayed on the list).

    The "chalkboard" theme - Google Presentations, in my opinion, is probably the most useful of the Google Apps. It looks slick and other users can easily follow along and interact.
