The customer service level of the iiNet office has a number of senior customer service representatives walking the floor in bright yellow or orange vests. They're on hand to assist their colleagues if they run into a complex problem. In preparation for Halloween on Monday, the office has been decorated with cobwebs and a zombie post-it Nyan cat.
