    Google just announced the next version of the Android operating system, version 2.2 (aka Froyo), and the update started rolling out for Nexus One owners this weekend. In this video you can see some of the improvements in Froyo and Flash-based websites. Gaming sites worked surprisingly well and even though the Flash Player is in beta it is still a decent performer.??Check out the full ZDNet article to see the video of Android 2.2 and Adobe Flash Player in action.

    Exchange Calendar support is supported natively in the Android OS, but still leaves something to be desired. There are better 3rd party clients for full Exchange support.

    There are now three bottom buttons on the Android home screen for quick access to the phone, apps, and web browser.

    As you can see there are now four tabs present in the application settings manager. SD card installation of apps and databases is supported and now we need developers to roll out updated apps to support this capability and keep onboard memory free.
