Image Gallery: Ultra portables took over CES 2008

While there were very few smartphones at CES in Vegas, there were several ultra portable devices. The Intel MID (Mobile Internet Device) is coming in 2008 and there are several prototypes available, along with existing ultra mobile devices.

While there were very few smartphones at CES in Vegas, there were several ultra portable devices. Intel-powered MIDs (Mobile Internet Devices) are coming in 2008 and there are several prototypes available, along with existing ultra mobile devices. I saw a few new UMPCs, Tablet PCs, and other connected devices that are showing how you can get work done on systems without a full Windows operating system too.

The REDFLY companion looks like a nice HTC Advantage accessory.

The Q1 Ultra Premium is an upgraded Q1 Ultra UMPC with a new processor and a redesigned keyboard. The keyboard now has rubberized keys, curved layout of keyboard, and more.
