Clicking on the New York City test link provides this 45-degree view of the Statue of Liberty.
Controls on the left of the screen allow users to click on different views, zoom in or change the direction of view. This is the view of the statue facing south.

Another new feature of Windows Live Local allows users to add pushpins by right clicking on any location and adding identifying information.
Driving directions can be obtained directly from the map by right clicking and highlighting the "from" and "to" locations. Notice the Bird's Eye view box in the upper left corner of the map.
