Nestcape.com
The Netscape.com site will transform into a hybrid news site combining elements of social bookmarking, like Yahoo's Delicious, Digg and Slashdot. Users recommend and rank their top choices for news stories from a wide range of categories.
Although the Netscape.com beta is still in raw form, it does contain many graphic elements. Note the top "Hot Story." Apparently the site isn't afraid to take on criticism of itself.
